Sign up for a weekly or monthly meal plan, check in daily at 6PM for the next day's restaurants and their meal offerings, and select a convenient pickup point and time slot. We'll deliver your meal to the pickup point for easy collection.
If something changes, you have until 30 minutes before pickup time. Just send us an email at hello@getchowdrop.com letting us know you want to cancel your meal for that day.
We deliver to several convenient pickup points in busy neighborhoods across Philly. You can choose your preferred location during checkout, and we'll send reminders when your meal is ready for pickup.
And if you don't see yours, send us an email and let us know you'd like us to send our routes your way!
Time slots vary depending on location, but are currently in the 11AM-1PM range. You'll be able to select a time that fits your schedule when placing your order.
Our service is designed to make delivery affordable enough to try new places every day, with meals at a low price. Pricing depends on the plan you choose - the more meals you order, the cheaper they all are! Check our pricing here
Once your meal is prepared and dispatched, you'll receive a notification. You'll get another notification when your driver arrives at the pickup point! You'll be kept aware of any delays as well.
If you miss your scheduled pickup, you can still collect your meal within a certain window of time. However, if the window passes, the meal may no longer be available.
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Please note that changes must be made before the next billing cycle.
We provide detailed ingredient lists for each meal, so you can make informed choices. All our offerings are pork-free. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options.
Unused credits do not roll over. Use them while you got em!
